ACT likes to encourage the staff to keep fit and healthy. We introduced the Cycle to Work Scheme to allow staff to take advantage of the tax saving programme when purchasing a new bike.
Now ACT cyclists can also wear the company’s branded cycling kit, including t-shirts and cycle jerseys.

ACT sports t-shirts.
Our construction director Scott Weir and commercial manager Derek Bain both bought bikes through the Cycle to Work Scheme. Scott is a keen mountain biker, while Derek prefers road cycling.
This month, Scott is hoping to complete an Everesting challenge and we have pledged £500 to the charity Unite Against Cancer if he reachers his goal. He is also training for an endurance mountain biking race this summer.
Meanwhile, Derek is putting in the miles on his road bike as he aims for the 55-mile Arran Cycle Challenge and the London Ride 100.
Scott says: “The new ACT cycling t-shirts and jerseys will be great for training and for wearing in races and events. it’s great that the company supports our cycling efforts and goals.”
