ACT Construction (UK) Ltd staff and guests enjoyed an entertaining evening at this year’s Scottish branch Institute of Refrigeration annual dinner held at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow.
ACT had the pleasure of two of the company’s sponsored athletes as guests.

Ken Godsman, managing director of ACT, said: “The dinner was great with lots to entertain. We were delighted to have two of our sponsored athletes, hockey player Kareena Cuthbert and swimmer Ross Murdoch, attend the event as well as staff.

The IOR dinner was hoisted by Michelle McManus.
“The event’s host Michelle McManus was as captivating and fun as ever. The after-dinner speaker was the Scottish stand-up comedian and TV/radio presenter, Grant Stott, who amused us with his many jokes.
“We also enjoyed the opportunity to network with fellow professionals within the industry. We are looking forward to next year’s dinner already.”

ACT has attending the Institute of Refrigeration (Scottish branch) dinner for more than 20 years.
The Institute of Refrigeration is an independent charity that is run for public benefit.
