Rosa Godsman

Senior Project Surveyor

Rosa is part of the commercial team at ACT and assists with the preparation of quotations, as well as monitoring and controlling the financial aspects of projects post contract.

Rosa sees her role as helping and supporting the team to grow the business and ensuring that ACT continues to run a profitable business while providing value-for-money service to clients.

Experience and qualifications

Rosa holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. She also has a current CSCS card.

Over a career of almost 35 years, she has gained a vast range of experience including working for QS consultancies, both small and large; for a major contractor in a variety of industry sectors; and as a lecturer and programme leader on a BSc Quantity Surveying programme at Glasgow Caledonian University. 

On a personal level, Rosa has spent many years – and most of her spare time – being a mum to four children. Now the children have left home, she can enjoy doing more of her own hobbies, such as travel.
